Rockstar’s hit game from 2001, Max Payne, will be getting a movie adaptation next year, and Mark Wahlberg is rumored to play the main role. Sounds good to me, as Wahlberg played a convincing police sergeant on The Departed, as well as a former U.S. Marine in Shooter. I can only hope that at some point in the film Whalberg can pull off Max Payne’s trademark I’m-about-to-shit-my-pants-at-any-second grimace.
